Stancil is the President of Eagle Eye Consulting a premier government affairs firm based in Raleigh, NC.​ Prior to founding Eagle Eye Consulting, K.J. served as Government Affairs and Political Director at a leading Jones Street firm and spent over ten years in the North Carolina General Assembly. His roles included working for the Senate Senior Appropriations Chairman and the House policy staff, where he contributed to shaping the state budget and advancing renewable energy initiatives.
